SEH America Inc. Quality Support Specialist in Vancouver, Washington

JOB DUTIES

Serve as an administrator of ETQ quality management system. This includes designing and testing new modules, training and documentation, and assisting with module configuration and application.

Assist with the administration of supplier quality systems (camLine) by setting up new supplier profiles and part schemas. Assist suppliers with system input, set up user profiles, and support and train end users.

Assist with the administration of the M-Files document archive system. This includes supporting the scan team on use of software, develop scan profiles to support high speed scanners, work with system consultant on archive installation and maintenance.

Support the Certificate of Compliance (CoC) specialist with daily, monthly, and quarterly customer reports.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in software development methodologies and best practices

  • Familiarity with Quality Management systems and compliance processes

  • Programming languages such as C#, .NET, or Java

  • Proficient is the use of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • High level of multitasking, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills

  • Able to handle increasingly complex issues over time

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

  • Experience with ETQ, camLine

  • Experience with M-File

  • Semiconductor or related experience
